About Us
Our Founder:
Who we are:
CBC Chocolates was created by Peter Crabtree out of a passion for chocolate. Since incorporating in April of 2005, we have grown substantially and expanded our services to include coffee and espresso. In 2008, we opened a second storefront in Poulsbo, Washington and are in the process of launching a new line of chocolate and espresso bars in the Pacific Northwest. We combine elements of coffee and chocolate to provide a truly unique experience. We are currently featuring real drinking chocolate and our signature mochas made with melted Belgian chocolate. Our coffee products are locally roasted by Caffe Umbria in Seattle, Washington. CBC Chocolates offers artisan chocolates that are distinguished by their quality and value. Our current product line includes our classic handmade assorted varieties, our bestselling beer-flavored Brew Series varieties, and our refined Wine Series truffles. All of our chocolates are produced by hand in a certified commercial kitchen at our Poulsbo storefront. CBC Chocolates is a licensed wholesale producer.
